  • In how many days will I receive my order?

       

You will receive your order in 9-10 business working days once it is confirmed. 

  • Can I modify my order once placed?

Yes, you can modify your order. To do that, please drop us a line on our customer care at care@antapukids.com

  • How do I keep track of my order?

Once dispatched from our warehouse, our shipping partner will notify you about the progress of your order via message/email. 

  • What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept all standard modes of payment, including—

  • Credit card such as Visa, Mastercard, and RuPay

  • Debit card

  • UPI

  • Internet Banking 

  • How do I care for the products?

All our products are handmade using soft fabric materials. All of them are washing machine safe.

  • Can you gift wrap my order?

SHIPPINGS & RETURNS

  • Can I return an item if I'm not happy with it?

We will be happy to honour a return claim as long as the reason is valid (if the product is damaged or faulty), the product is in unused condition, and all the packaging labels are in place. To raise a return request, please drop us a line at care@antapukids.com

  • How many days do I have to return the item? 

You have 2 days to raise a request for a product return. Before making the request, please ensure that the original packaging and tags are intact. 

  • Can I exchange an item if I want to?

For a product to qualify for an exchange within 2 days, it has to have a visible flaw/imperfection. If the product you have received is undamaged, we will not accept an exchange request. Kindly note that products on sale will not qualify for exchange(s).

  • How long will my refund take?

Kindly note that our team first inspects the product we receive, and only after it is in the required conditions, we process the refund request. Should your request get rejected due to any reason, Antapu Kids shall notify the same. Depending on the mode of payment, the amount can take 12 to 15 business working days to get credited. For any delay in the refund, please get in touch with your bank.

Yes, we ship all over India.

  • Is my order eligible for free shipping?

We offer free shipping from timely basis.

 

  • Do you ship internationally? 

At the moment, we are only shipping our handmade products in India. However, plans to ship worldwide are underway. So follow Antapu Kids on our social media to be in the know!
